The Lincolnshire Wolds are undiscovered. Under enormous skies in an idyllic corner of the country they form a swath of wide and rolling hills, contrasting strikingly with open fenlands to the south.

Lincolnshire overall is still a driver's paradise. Sparsely populated, it has countless empty lanes and byways linking hamlets to villages, and market towns to seaside resorts.

Life moves slowly too and people find time for people... a gentler place to live, and a refreshing place to holiday.

Northfield Farm
Lincolnshire is full of villages with delicious names... such as Mavis Enderby, on the edge of the Wolds. This is where we farm 200 acres of arable land, the setting for our holiday cottages and rolling countryside in which you are free to roam... a private space ideal for walking, bird-watching or cycling.

An ideal base for exploring...
In this place of clear air and eastern sunshine, our semi-detached cottages are available for easy going holidays and accommodation for short breaks.

Holidays of adventure too with numerous local places of interest including the East Kirkby Aviation Heritage Centre.
